For the third time in a row, around 6,000 experts and customers voted DATAGROUP as one of the best IT service providers in 2022. In the Managed Services & Outsourcing segment in particular, DATAGROUP scored very well with four out of four possible points.

Digitization is on the minds of every company in Germany, because it has long been clear that without digital processes, competitiveness will decline. With their annual survey, brand eins and Statista aim to provide an overview and initial indication of the market for IT service providers.

This year, they surveyed around 6,000 IT experts and customers of IT service providers about their experiences and recommendations. The IT service providers were ranked according to points in a total of 10 categories. A maximum of four out of four points was possible in each category.
