As market leader in Enterprise Feedback Management Software, QuestBack has the highest requirements in data protection and data security. As a result, DATAGROUP’s ISO 27001 certification in IT baseline security was a deciding factor in partnering with DATAGROUP.

The goal of the competitive bidding process was to find a partner who could expand the storage system in order to bring performance and availability to the highest level. Additionally, administrative tasks should be improved through simple provisioning, improved monitoring and reporting functions, and reduced downtimes.

The project began with the design of a new, highly capable storage solution and the technical implementation thereof. The new environment is based on ans IBM cluster. This platform affords a high degree of availability as well as flexibility in terms of capacity and performance. Data is stored on two mirrored IBM systems. These systems are characterized by a highly developed storage function like thin provisioning, mirroring, and dynamic migration as well as convenient administration.

DATAGROUP is responsible not only for the design and implementation of the new storage solutions, but also for the operation of the server and storage environment, including backup.
