We undertake the administration of your data center and ensure the availability and smooth operation so your IT department can deal with strategic tasks.

Our Operations Support services cover the basic platform operation of servers, storage and network as well as the server management. Our services are provided via remote maintenance from our data center. In addition, we also provide on-site support services, for instance to exchange hardware.

We guarantee smooth operations by controlling all relevant components and regularly performing patch and health checks. Preventive maintenance measures help to ensure that problems do not arise in the first place. Furthermore, we optimize your infrastructure according to the manufacturers‘ recommendations and provide advice on its continued development.

Comprehensive reports about our services promote transparency and offer you the possibility to optimize process workflows and increase the efficiency of the use of resources. On request we also include your legacy systems into our Managed & Private Cloud to manage them there.

The documentation of all relevant components and their modeling via our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) provides a complete overview of all dependencies and responsibilities. This allows you to automate systems and processes as far as possible.
