In order to integrate the SAP system of SBRS into the new parent company Shell with the help of a carve-in project, a local partner was sought - and found in DATAGROUP. DATAGROUP accompanied the entire carve-out process of SBRS GmbH and has since taken care of its SAP ERP system, which centrally supports the handling of all core processes of the company.
In this context, DATAGROUP also (re)assigned the SAP authorizations. DATAGROUP adapted the SAP area of SBRS to the specifications and regulations of the new parent company.
To enable SBRS to further expand and optimize its IT services following the carve-out process, DATAGROUP also provides the company with the Application Management Services - SAP AMS for short - to the company. This is a service for the use and further development of the SAP application landscape. It consists of many individual services, such as the processing of tickets relating to different SAP modules.
