Sprimag is a SAP HCM customer of DATAGROUP. The large number of patch activities in SAP HCM led to the decision to operate the module on a new stand-alone system.

The carve out of SAP HCM from the existing SAP ERP landscape includes the following services:

Analysis and conceptual design
Implementation of the system separation
Set up of the new SAP HCM system and data transfer
Development and connection of the interfaces to the ERP system
Test management

Following the successful completion of the carve out, DATAGROUP operates the SAP HCM system landscape with the following services:

Monitoring of necessary notifications and support packages
Ongoing information to Sprimag about necessary adjustments within SAP HCM
Installation of support packages and import of notifications
Assistance in income tax audits
Creation of authorisations and roles
Database update, kernel replacement on the SAP HCM system
Maintenance of business connector
Support in settlement problems, wage types, customising
SAP HCM-relevant development
