The ICEBREAKER photo challenge is a competition of DATAGROUP SE, Wilhelm-Schickard-Str. 7, 72124 Pliezhausen.
The competition is open to natural persons who have reached the age of 18 years. Employees of DATAGROUP and its affiliated companies are not entitled to participate. DATAGROUP reserves the right to disqualify individual persons from the competition for substantial reasons, either in advance or at a later point in time. Substantial reasons include, for example, misuse or fraud (including the attempt to do so) or any other violations of these terms and conditions.
The participation in the competition takes place by taking a photo at the ICEBREAKER photo point of DATAGROUP at their booth at the 2022 CloudFest in Europa-Park Rust and by posting this image on Instagram thereafter. The use of the hashtags #datagroup and #icebreaker is a prerequisite for the successful participation in the competition as well as the publication of the image on or before 25 March 2022.
The winners’ names will be drawn at random thereafter. The winners will be notified via their Instagram accounts by 31 March 2022 and will be asked for their contact information so the prizes can be sent out to them. With the contact information provided, the winners agree to the use of their data for the sole purpose of sending out the prizes.

Three printed copies of the book “Planet Wüste” by author Michael Martin (ISBN: 386873709X)
It is not possible to substitute the prize for cash or transfer the prize to others.
The personal data of the participants will only be processed by DATAGROUP for the purposes of this competition and based on the consent of every participant according to Art. 6 (1)(a) EU GDPR. For further information on our Privacy Policy, we refer to our website.
DATAGROUP assumes no liability for the availability of the Instagram website and of its own Instagram website. Nor does the organizer assume liability for any transmission errors. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time and without prior notice, in whole or in part, or to modify the competition if it is not possible to perform the competition properly for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software and hardware) or legal reasons.
The competition is not associated with Facebook or Instagram. It is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. All information provided by the participant is received by the organizer and not by Facebook or Instagram. The participants shall indemnify Facebook and Instagram against all claims which may result from this competition (particularly its publication and organization). All questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition must be directly addressed to the organizer and not to Facebook or Instagram.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. There is no legal recourse.
