Pliezhausen, October 5, 2026 – DATAGROUP SE has signed an agreement to sell its SME subsidiary, DATAGROUP GO GmbH, to the Dutch company Techone. With its CORBOX managed IT services portfolio, DATAGROUP will thus focus more strongly in the future on the segment of medium-sized and large companies with complex IT landscapes.
The transaction establishes a clear strategic direction: DATAGROUP will place its strategic focus on enterprise customers and the CORBOX business, along with all the necessary expertise to support it. By focusing on managed IT services for complex, business-critical IT landscapes in the enterprise market segment, DATAGROUP is sharpening its market profile and creating additional capacity for the further development of its core business.

DATAGROUP GO has emerged in recent years from the gradual consolidation of several IT companies. Since 2022, a total of three acquisitions have been made in the SME segment, and the units have been successively integrated under the DATAGROUP GO umbrella.
Completion of the transaction is subject to the usual conditions.
