The ISG Provider Lens quadrant study is a service provider comparison, combining empirical and data-driven research and market analysis with practice-based experience and observations of ISG’s advisory team. Especially in the area of cloud, the analysis provides companies with valuable decision-making tools. For the trend towards the cloud has been unbroken since well before the onset of corona. The study reveals that companies increasingly rely on hybrid solutions, i.e. a mix of private cloud and public cloud tailored to the company. However, a hybrid model is also characterized by high complexity, so these companies should benefit from relying on the expertise of experienced IT service providers such as DATAGROUP. All the more so as customers in Germany would rather entrust their business-critical data to trusted and local partners.
