The Annual General Meeting was held on March 10, 2022. Due to the ongoing pandemic situation, the Executive Board, with the approval of the Supervisory Board, has decided to hold the Annual General Meeting as a virtual Annual General Meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies.
