Client Management

The provision, protection, maintenance and updating of PC and laptops is fragmented and often complex and time-consuming. Our Client Management Service simplifies this for you.

We provide you with uniform, standardized IT workplaces on the basis of Microsoft operating systems and manage them. Our range of services also includes protection against viruses and attacks and can be expanded by our IT Security Module.

You can either use your own hardware and have it managed by us or use our client infrastructure.

Instead of investing in hardware and software that you maybe do not need or that is only used for shorter peaks within the year you will only pay us on a monthly basis for what you really need (pay per use).

We create basis images on central management systems for your client environment, distribute operating systems and applications, install updates or patches and manage hardware.

Furthermore, we optionally offer additional security and comfort functions:

  • Microsoft Endpoint Protection to protect clients against viruses and other malware
  • Microsoft BitLocker to encrypt Windows clients and centrally manage the Microsoft BitLocker Administration (MBAM)
  • Provision and operation of a self-service portal for the installation of software
