The German subsidiary, Centric IT Solutions GmbH, of the Dutch Centric Group is a provider of SAP HCM Audit & Compliance Tools in the SAP HXM environment, among other solutions. In the past, the SAP systems on which the company developed its diverse HR solutions — and which were also used as a presentation system — were hosted in the Netherlands. Due to organizational changes, Centric IT Solutions GmbH decided to appoint DATAGROUP as its partner for hosting, operations and application management in the SAP HXM environment.
Creating the basis for expansion with SAP operation and upgrade
DATAGROUP now hosts Centric's SAP development and presentation systems in its data center in Germany and will also take over basic operations from now on. Particularly in the HR environment, the implementation of regular legal changes is required, which result in an adaptation of the SAP HXM system; especially considering that the solutions can be used by customers from the entire DACH region.
DATAGROUP supports Centric with comprehensive expertise and ensures that the company can fully concentrate on the development of its solutions and no longer has to focus on the basic structure of the development and presentation systems. After updates have been applied to the systems, DATAGROUP thoroughly tests all required functions so that Centric can concentrate entirely on product enhancement and the development of new solutions.
