Personnel issues can be tedious and cumbersome today, as they are often still handled manually. In order to consolidate these tasks centrally and at the same time gain an all-encompassing overview, a wide range of HR processes can be digitized with SAP HCM (SAP Human Capital Management). KEIMFARBEN, in collaboration with DATAGROUP, has dared to make this change and has firmly integrated the solution into its corporate processes.
The project
DATAGROUP has been KEIMFARBEN's one-stop store for SAP HCM for years. In addition to comprehensive consulting and the implementation of the SAP HCM sub-module "Personnel Cost Planning and Simulation", the service also includes ongoing operation, including various improvement processes. The aim: to adapt the tool optimally to the needs and wishes of KEIMFARBEN.
The personnel cost planning sub-module of SAP HCM was rolled out across Germany on around 25 person days for around 300 employees. The biggest changeover was for the employees in the HR department. Due to the many small subtasks within personnel cost planning, which only occur once a year, these processes appeared complex at first glance. Thanks to the many years of expertise of DATAGROUP colleagues, this small challenge was easily overcome with ongoing support from direct contacts.
