Initial situation
DATAGROUP's client company uses the SAP HCM solutions Payroll, Time & Attendance and the portal for ESS (Employee Self Service) and MSS (Manager Self Service) applications in the area of HR management. As part of the digitalization of HR management processes, the existing solutions were expanded to include performance management (e.g. target agreements, year-end meetings), the e-file and enhancements in the area of ESS/MSS (e.g. travel management, certificates, reports).
The company's employees are supported by an SAP consultant from DATAGROUP, who is available as a contact person for the IT department and the specialist departments in the areas of application and technology. A key aspect of the collaboration is the transfer of know-how in person on site.
