Module 1
PreStudy
In this initial workshop format, we lay the strategic foundation. We analyze your current business strategy and translate it into a technology roadmap. In doing so, we evaluate various migration scenarios (greenfield vs. brownfield) and conduct an initial RISE licensing consultation to provide financial transparency.
Module 2
Business Value Case
Success is measurable. We use process analyses to quantify the financial impact of inefficiencies in your current operations. Based on a Target Operating Model Assessment, we demonstrate how AI and automation can increase your profitability. The result is a robust business case for your management.
Module 3
Technical Setup
