The Foundation for Successful Careers: Training and Education at DATAGROUP

Training and continuing education are key pillars of DATAGROUP. Many of our current top experts and executives started out as trainees with us. Whether it’s entering the workforce through an apprenticeship, a dual degree program, part-time studies, or our skilled worker and executive development program, we are committed to supporting our employees throughout their careers. Currently, over 200 apprentices, dual-track students, and bachelor’s and master’s degree candidates are working at DATAGROUP.

Apprenticeships at DATAGROUP

We offer you an exciting, challenging apprenticeship in the technical or business side of IT. You’ll work in an innovative environment and experience the latest technological developments firsthand. Certified trainers will guide you from the first day to the last day of your apprenticeship. You can look forward to an educational and exciting time at a dynamic company!

Our goal is to integrate our apprentices into our company through active participation in various departments and targeted training, and to hire them after they complete their apprenticeship.

  • IT Specialist for Application Development (all genders)
  • IT Specialist for System Integration (all genders)
  • IT Specialist for Digital Networking (all genders)
  • IT Systems Electronics Technician (all genders)
  • IT Systems Management Specialist (all genders)
  • Office Management Specialist (all genders)
  • Human Resources Services Specialist (all genders)
    Includes continuing education to become a Human Resources Specialist (all genders) & trainer certification according to AEVO

Dual Study Program at DATAGROUP

We offer dual degree programs at numerous locations in cooperation with various universities. As a student, you’ll alternate between the university and the training site every three months. The theoretical and practical components are closely aligned. This allows you to gain professional experience—including the social skills required in everyday work life—even while you’re still in school.

Part-time Studies
