COMPO EXPERT was already using a digital personnel file, but it did not meet the requirements for structure, transparency and efficient administration. The biggest challenge was to transfer scattered documents from paper files, ring binders and drive files into a standardized system. With the introduction of the XFT solution, the HR processes were significantly optimized and a solid basis for further digitization steps was created.
